Requirements:
  • SECRET or TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Significant experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager working with the government.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, primarily on the east coast.
  • Experience with a highly-technical product, particularly in the AI sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with multiple levels of customer stakeholders.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and challenges.
  • Work with sales to renew and expand customer contracts.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the engineering team.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
  • Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Yurts’ product.
  • Collaborate with engineering to manage customer issues.
