Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst or relevant working experience.
• Verbal and written English language proficiency.
• Assist Product Manager in discovery of business problems, clarifying issues, and proposing solutions.
• Recommend process improvements and manage execution of enhanced processes.
• Build tracking mechanisms to monitor team performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain effective communication with team, manager, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a Core team to meet SLAs for reactive, inbound issues.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of the platform areas relevant to the team.
• Share knowledge with the broader team and provide guidance on technical questions.
• Drive updates to documentation to reduce inbound queries.
• Build effective relationships with the Product Manager and Engineering team.
• Advocate for process adjustments alongside the PM.
