Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of overall work experience, focusing on selling to school districts.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Proven experience in partnership development in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of K-12 education landscape and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to travel ~5-10% of the time.
- Experience in managing press events and engaging with media outlets is a plus.
- Flexibility with ambiguity and changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Expand the PragerU Kids School Initiative to leading public and private school districts.
- Align strategies and tactical goals for each state with the Director of Educational Outreach.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to penetrate the school market.
- Execute partnership agreements and maximize press coverage for school announcements.
- Work with Education, Creative, and Content Development teams to create content for schools.
- Provide progress reports to the Director of Educational Outreach.
- Project manage state partnership implementations and press events.
- Be open to additional opportunities and internal projects.
