Requirements:
  • 7-10+ years of overall work experience, focusing on selling to school districts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven experience in partnership development in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of K-12 education landscape and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to travel ~5-10% of the time.
  • Experience in managing press events and engaging with media outlets is a plus.
  • Flexibility with ambiguity and changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Expand the PragerU Kids School Initiative to leading public and private school districts.
  • Align strategies and tactical goals for each state with the Director of Educational Outreach.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to penetrate the school market.
  • Execute partnership agreements and maximize press coverage for school announcements.
  • Work with Education, Creative, and Content Development teams to create content for schools.
  • Provide progress reports to the Director of Educational Outreach.
  • Project manage state partnership implementations and press events.
  • Be open to additional opportunities and internal projects.
