Requirements:

• M.D. Degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified in a primary specialty.
• Current medical license in Alabama.
• Ability to review and sign standing orders and charts at least once per day Monday-Friday.
• Ability to provide sign-off and send prescriptions, when required, at least once per day Monday-Friday.
• Ability to provide availability via text/call for any patient-specific questions from Nurse Practitioners during Restore operating hours.
• Attendance of monthly provider meeting to serve as supervision and collaboration time with Nurse Practitioners.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Nurse Practitioners in their established direct client relationships.
• Review and sign off on medical charts daily as required by state law.
• Visit Restore studio at least once per month if required by state law.
• Demonstrate an understanding of Restore's mission and be passionate about alternative health modalities.
• Collaborate on the integration of medical services into Restore's overall comprehensive medical services as requested by the Chief Medical Director and/or designee.
• Assist in promoting a medical staff environment in which providers deliver independent judgment and responsibility in the practice of medicine.
