Product Designer (EU Based)

Requirements:

• Two or more years of experience as a product designer
• Great visual eye and ability to seek out references for inspiration
• Focus on the simplest, most elegant, and clever solutions
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams across many time zones
• Possess a growth mindset to learn and grow through feedback
• Prioritize excellence over ego to find the best solutions for members
• Strong visual design and interaction design skills
• Passion for design and solving UX, UI, and interaction challenges
• Ability to think through complex interaction design
• Proficient in visual expression and prototyping, particularly using Figma
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver simple, beautiful, and intelligent product experiences for the features our members need most
• Think holistically to ensure consistency across each product surface experience
• Translate static print-like designs into dynamic, editable templates
• Contribute to the overall product and design direction of Flodesk
• Maintain visual consistency with the Flodesk brand experience
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for features being built
• Collaborate with a product team, design systems director, and development team
