Requirements:
  • 2+ years of technical writing experience.
  • An inspiring portfolio showcasing your approach to help content, including writing samples.
  • Fantastic writing, editing, and proofreading skills in American English.
  • Familiarity with design systems and editorial style guides.
  • Experience with Figma, Zendesk, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Experience in a customer support organization is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate across time zones.
  • High emotional intelligence and good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
