Requirements:
- 2+ years of technical writing experience.
- An inspiring portfolio showcasing your approach to help content, including writing samples.
- Fantastic writing, editing, and proofreading skills in American English.
- Familiarity with design systems and editorial style guides.
- Experience with Figma, Zendesk, Confluence, and Jira.
- Experience in a customer support organization is a plus.
