Requirements:

• Cross-functional, hands-on technical project management experience within a technology organization.
• Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and Revenue organization functions.
• Project execution experience with Go-To-Market systems like Salesforce.com, Clari, Gong, etc.
• Deep experience in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and non-technology project lifecycles.
• Curiosity and flexibility to tailor solutions for LastPass.
• Passion for learning and empowering others.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to facilitate and influence decision-making across projects.
• Adaptable self-starter in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead GTM Systems projects from initiation through stabilization.
• Manage and execute communications at all project levels.
• Anticipate and remove obstacles that hinder project success.
• Implement and enhance agile project management methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning sessions and backlog grooming.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, goals, and timelines.
• Create a project structure that ensures high-quality delivery.
• Act as a Scrum Master when necessary to guide engineering teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Foster effective communication and coordination among team members.
