• Cross-functional, hands-on technical project management experience within a technology organization.
• Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and Revenue organization functions.
• Project execution experience with Go-To-Market systems like Salesforce.com, Clari, Gong, etc.
• Deep experience in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and non-technology project lifecycles.
• Curiosity and flexibility to tailor solutions for LastPass.
• Passion for learning and empowering others.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to interact and influence decision-making at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead GTM Systems projects from initiation through stabilization.
• Manage communications at all levels, ensuring accountability.
• Anticipate and remove project obstacles promptly.
• Implement agile project management best practices for efficiency.
• Facilitate sprint planning and define project goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear objectives.
• Create a project structure ensuring quality delivery.
• Act as a Scrum Master when necessary.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of TPM methodology within the organization.
