Technical Data Analyst

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of the claims business environment and how it impacts profitability.
• Minimum of five years' experience focused on data and compliance in a claims environment.
• Experience supporting specialty programs with third-party administrators or outside vendors preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Access and Excel.
• Ability to read, understand, and develop SQL code in MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with data mining and profiling.
• Understanding of claims compliance reporting and familiarity with ISO and NCCI preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work under limited technical direction with significant departmental impact.
• Gather and analyze claims data, identify trends, and summarize findings.
• Support U.S. Claims compliance and assist with projects as needed.
• Manage Reporting Calendar for equitable workload distribution.
• Mentor staff and foster collaboration on data and compliance initiatives.
• Serve as a key contact for reporting requests and validate business needs.
• Work with IT to ensure best practices in data collection, accuracy, and integrity.
