Requirements:

• BS/BA or equivalent; focus in Technology and/or Advanced Analytics strongly preferred.
• Consulting mindset required.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in building scalable self-service solutions for data insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate people data into key strategies and initiatives.
• Work with the People Technology team on data maintenance and reporting.
• Partner with the Digital Solutions team to create self-service data solutions.
• Implement automated processes to deliver insights efficiently.
• Utilize analytical skills for data storytelling and insights communication.
• Support the People team in data interpretation and decision-making.
• Stay updated on HR analytics trends and best practices.
