• Gathering role requirements for clear understanding of roles and candidate profiles.
• Creating a great candidate experience while managing a full-cycle hiring process from sourcing to negotiation.
• Partnering with hiring managers on hiring strategies, providing analytics, and regular role updates.
• Driving talent acquisition initiatives with talent and brand teams, focusing on continuous improvement.
