Requirements:

• Proven experience of 2+ years as a creative manager/director or similar role.
• BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA is an asset.
• Excellent working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Hands-on experience in creative processes and marketing.
• Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels.
• Strong background in graphic design with a portfolio for Amazon Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Upholding brand’s identity through logo design, design elements, and typography.
• Establishing internal processes, setting OKRs, and developing strategies to enhance design team's productivity.
• Leading brainstorming sessions and providing direction to a diverse team.
• Collaborating with different teams to understand client requirements.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Staying updated with industry trends to drive innovation.
