Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales industry or business development in crypto and web3
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and professional approach.
- Understanding the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify key players in the crypto ecosystem, including token projects, exchanges, and other digital asset platforms.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
- Qualify Leads: Understand the needs and objectives of prospective clients
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships Teams: Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and other sales team members to ensure alignment in messaging and approach.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track, report, and manage leads to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on trends, regulations, and developments in the crypto and blockchain industry, particularly regarding token listings.
