Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience working in a high-paced development environment as an assistant or coordinator.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT or network field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, strategic thinker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in project management or program management.
• Ability to distil complex information into clear and concise presentations.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required for communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the tech and product teams on the latest products and technology.
• Develop and communicate Aethir's strategy, ensuring team members work effectively towards goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor and report on key business metrics, including financial and operational performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company strategy and annual planning.
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across the organization.
• Manage and optimize key operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define tasks and activities, assigning responsibilities to team members.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
