• 1+ years of experience in account support or coordination, preferably in technology, retail, or agency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Effective communication skills for formal and informal interactions.
• Adaptability and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide key support for Shipt's partnerships with retail brands.
• Coordinate project details for partner success managers and directors.
• Manage project logistics and support onboarding for new retail partners.
• Facilitate partner communications, including performance metrics updates.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
