Requirements:

• Prior project management, supply chain, and customer service experience required.
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Technical related field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, mechanical and electrical inspection methods.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities:

• Take actions to improve on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Track and monitor the progress of numerous customer orders and partner jobs.
• Provide excellent customer and partner service by building relationships and providing timely updates.
• Apply technical knowledge to ensure timely job delivery.
• Understand supplier capabilities and oversee supplier performance.
• Assess and communicate the impact of manufactured part rejections.
• Manage customer complaints and replacements.
• Report on status, risk, and efforts to recover troubled orders.
