Requirements:

• AWS – Broad hands on knowledge of AWS services.
• Terraform - Intimate knowledge building complex environments and templates.
• Docker and CI/CD (Github-actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
• Understanding of backend services and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of architectures, system design, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Fluency in English written and verbal communication.
• Scripting/programming abilities in Golang, Python, and Shell.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible, SaltStack).
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and networking (TCP/IP protocols).
• Git repository management and team branching strategies.
• Experience with ECS, K8s, and Nomad.
• Knowledge of the Hashicorp stack is a big plus.
• Creative thinking and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in planning, designing, and implementing ultra-high throughput banking systems.
• Develop and deliver zero downtime deployment processes.
• Manage and monitor the business domains you work on.
• Plan deliverables and manage competing priorities.
• Mentor software engineers and work with leadership to meet goals.
