Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related role.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
• Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client performance data.
• Proficiency in the German language is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Create and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their goals and needs.
• Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth within existing client portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and client projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Monitor account performance, providing regular reports and initiating discussions around value enhancement.
• Proactively address any challenges or concerns clients may face, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to offer strategic insights to clients.
• Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates, strategies, and success stories.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to achieve common goals.
