Requirements:
  • Previous experience providing application support for HR systems on Workday is essential.
  • Knowledge of case management applications and experience in a support desk environment.
  • Ability to effectively train colleagues and explain technical concepts simply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Logical, systematic approach with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Office and SharePoint.
Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for stakeholders experiencing issues with the Workday HR system.
  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 support in Workday Human Capital Management.
  • Maintain the helpdesk mailbox with insightful responses.
  • Create and deliver training content to new HR colleagues monthly.
  • Gather user feedback to improve training materials for updates 2-4 times a year.
