O2C Specialist - Billing

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5-2 years of working experience in similar roles.
• Good written and verbal English language skills (B2).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness.
• Excellent organization and task coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Exposure to ERP systems like Dynamics and Oracle is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work for Invoicing team and manage billing activities for TMF’s clients.
• Coordinate client and internal billing processes, validating and approving invoices.
• Review financial aspects in contracts to ensure accurate billing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with TMF Local offices as a contact for billing.
• Submit invoices through email/client portal.
• Communicate billing information to stakeholders.
• Conduct revenue reconciliation.
