Requirements:
  • Minimum 1.5-2 years of working experience in similar roles.
  • Good written and verbal English language skills (B2).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent organizational and task coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
  • Exposure to ERPs like Dynamics, Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Work for Invoicing team and take care of billing activities for TMF’s clients.
  • Coordinate client and internal billing processes, invoice validation, and debtor coordination.
  • Review financial aspects in contracts to ensure billing aligns with agreements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with TMF Local offices & other group functions.
  • Submit invoices to clients through email/client portal and communicate billing information.
  • Perform revenue reconciliation.
