Requirements:

• Experience in creating user-friendly online training materials including videos and guides.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 core products such as Windows 11 and Office 365 suite.
• Familiarity with security best practices related to Microsoft BitLocker and Intune device compliance.
• Experience in using Viva Learning and SharePoint for training management.
• Basic knowledge of other M365 tools for productivity enhancement.

Responsibilities:

• Producing online training content on NPCL with specific knowledge of the NCIA environment.
• Creating training materials for Windows 11 Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Office 365 products, and security best practices.
• Curation and management of training resources for the Viva Learning platform.
• Regularly updating training materials based on feedback and new features.
