Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience or more in Human Resources.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of customer service with good communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Store Managers and Area Managers with candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.
  • Lead interviews for Store Managers and oversee recruitment progress.
  • Organise induction and training for new managers, maintain training records.
  • Serve as the main contact for HR inquiries and oversee employee onboarding.
  • Monitor probationary periods, handle leaver processes, and ensure compliance with administrative procedures.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues while assisting the HR Manager with complex cases.
  • Review payroll reports and support working time management.
