Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of technology recruitment experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Development, or Machine Learning hiring.
• 2+ years of client/stakeholder facing experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 2+ years of experience with an enterprise ATS (preferably WorkDay).
• 2+ years of consulting with multiple hiring managers and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, execute, and measure recruiting plans to attract top talent.
• Use data to solve recruiting problems and provide insights.
• Leverage internal resources to achieve operational excellence and compliance within Workday.
• Enhance processes and champion innovative talent acquisition ideas.
