Requirements:

• Technical degree, engineering degree, or relevant field required.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a similar maintenance or customer services role.
• Proven experience managing teams in an international context.
• Broad knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and engineering fields, ideally intralogistics.
• Demonstrated success in customer/user satisfaction management.
• Ability to track activities, manage performance, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for leading teams and building client relationships.
• Strong analytical abilities focused on resolving challenges and improving processes.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead customer services activities for the Western Europe business unit.
• Act as the right hand of the managing director to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Define and execute the Maintenance vision and strategy across the region.
• Manage the life of maintenance contracts as the key contact for clients.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of over 100 maintenance and customer services experts across six countries.
• Drive the development of the maintenance organization to meet global growth demands.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators to optimize maintenance performance.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet high-quality standards and site safety compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams for process improvements.
