Requirements:

Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Degree from an accredited university.
Eligibility for and maintenance of registration with the Manitoba College of Social Workers.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience using a family-centered model of service provision.
Minimum two years of experience in social work related to developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder preferred.
Ability to assess risk levels and respond appropriately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide case management services primarily virtually with some in-person meetings.
Engage with families using a family-centered approach to enhance their support networks.
Conduct assessments, develop case plans, and monitor services.
