Requirements:

• NMBI registered with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in an acute clinical setting.
• Excellent clinical knowledge with a broad range of experience to support the ability to clinically assess patients over the phone.
• Support independent clinical decision making.
• Previous triage, Accident & Emergency, or Practice Nursing experience desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge/experience of health education/promotion.

Responsibilities:

• Providing our customers with health-related advice and information via telephone and email in an informed and empathetic manner.
• Building good relationships with customers by developing rapport, communicating clearly and accurately, using active listening and showing the ability to empathize.
• Maintaining clear accurate records on the platform after each point of customer contact.
• Communicating and sharing information with the Nursing team and wider medical group.
• Supporting the Doctor and Practice Manager teams at Webdoctor.
