• Accountable for delivering success metrics such as case conversion and client engagement.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to translate business needs into solutions.
• Lead initiatives with cross-functional teams to identify improvement areas and create new solutions.
• Ensure reporting and maximization of business and product development opportunities.
