Requirements:
  • 1-3 years answering incoming calls, placing outbound calls, troubleshooting problems that relate to project work, providing online survey support, and processing paper surveys.
  • Ability to work 10:00am – 6:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Ability to effectively work remotely with high-speed internet.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve basic technical issues.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
  • 75% providing support via email, 25% providing support via phone.
  • Troubleshooting incoming questions from survey respondents using provided tools and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Accurately answering respondent inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Documenting help desk interactions for review and further training.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails.
