Requirements:
- 1-3 years answering incoming calls, placing outbound calls, troubleshooting problems that relate to project work, providing online survey support, and processing paper surveys.
- Ability to work 10:00am – 6:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.

- Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails.
