Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Growth strategies and/or Project Management.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing referral or member-get-member programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., DataStudio, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, or similar) including automated process optimization.
  • Ability to manage cross-channel campaigns focusing on user engagement and measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills, organization, and structured logical reasoning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive engagement abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with autonomy for innovative solutions.
