Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Growth strategies and/or Project Management.
Proven experience in developing and executing referral or member-get-member programs.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., DataStudio, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, or similar) including automated process optimization.
Ability to manage cross-channel campaigns focusing on user engagement and measurable results.
Strong analytical skills, organization, and structured logical reasoning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive engagement abilities.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with autonomy for innovative solutions.
Proactive attitude and sense of ownership for initiatives.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
