Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Growth strategies or Project Management.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing referral programs or member-get-member strategies.
  • Data-driven profile with strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., DataStudio, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot), including process automation and optimization.
  • Experience managing campaigns and operations across multiple channels (e-mail, push, WhatsApp, in-app) focused on user engagement.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with logical reasoning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive engagement ability.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the autonomy to propose innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
