Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product marketing strategies from discovery, value proposition, positioning, and lifecycle for the Rede and Agents solutions, aligning with user needs.
Create and manage product marketing roadmaps, tracking feature progress and adjusting strategies to maximize results.
Brief and monitor market research and conduct interviews with the target audience.
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, focusing on scaling Rede and enhancing the Agents experience.
Develop and refine product messaging and value propositions tailored to agents and agencies.
Ensure alignment among stakeholders during the launch process, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss strategies and achieve common objectives.
Enable the sales team on new products, ensuring they understand and can confidently sell the solutions.
Provide detailed product information to support the creation of press releases and promotional materials.
Analyze performance of new products and features, identifying improvements and solutions to increase adoption.
