• 2 – 4 years of Call Center experience in Sales, Customer Service, Collections, or Telemarketing.
• An upbeat personality and drive for success.

• Knowledge of computer and telephone systems, including Microsoft and CRM.
• Ability to utilize scripting conversationally.

Responsibilities:

• Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer inbound sales calls and guide customers.
• Schedules appointments effectively and compassionately.
• Communicates in both scripted and non-scripted environments, building rapport focusing on customer needs.
• Provides solutions to customer complaints and resolves concerns by applying persuasion techniques.
• Maintains composure while asking customers for the sale.
• Enters data into the system in real-time, ensuring accuracy.
• Responds to incoming email correspondence to enhance customer experience.
