• Hands-on experience using data tools like SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Customer-centric approach balancing user experience with business impact.
• Strong project management skills to drive initiatives in a cross-functional setting.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the product growth roadmap with a focus on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, data science, and design for innovative growth initiatives.
• Identify and eliminate friction points in the user journey for improved retention.
• Track and report growth metrics, delivering insights to leadership.
• Develop and test new revenue models to increase customer lifetime value.
• Provide mentorship to junior product managers.
