Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and growing products.
• Deep understanding of advertiser and publisher needs, and experience defining and executing product strategy.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising and technical aspects of the web.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for influence across teams.
• Experience in leading or mentoring other product managers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the discovery, creation, and communication of an overarching product vision and strategy for the business unit.
• Ensure collaboration between the product organization, engineering, marketing, and other teams to deliver aligned products.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on research, feedback, and analysis.
• Analyze key performance metrics for product optimization and growth opportunities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
