Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A roles, preferably in multinational or financial services organizations.
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation projects, particularly with Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Essbase or similar analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary liaison between FP&A and ERP implementation teams.
  • Gather and validate FP&A-specific requirements for Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Provide expertise to ensure system design meets FP&A needs.
  • Support user acceptance testing for FP&A-related processes.
  • Evaluate FP&A processes for automation and efficiency within Oracle ERP.
  • Assist in designing advanced reporting and analytics tools.
  • Champion adoption of the Oracle ERP Cloud system within FP&A.
  • Develop training materials for the FP&A team.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver insights into FP&A operations.
