Requirements:

• Self-sufficient, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to varying audiences.
• 3+ years’ experience administering and troubleshooting Active Directory and Windows Server products.
• 3+ years’ experience administering and troubleshooting VMware’s vSphere stack.
• Experience deploying and maintaining server, storage, and network hardware in datacenter environments.
• Familiarity with PowerShell fundamentals.
• Strong familiarity with the OSI model and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process incoming incident and request queues for escalations from Veeam’s global ServiceDesk team.
• Process production infrastructure and service-related issues from initial alert to resolution.
• Contribute to ongoing infrastructure maintenance for both production and non-production environments.
• Provide general administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy.
• Maintain and contribute to internal documentation.
• Participate in internal projects and tasks, including testing, auditing, and deploying new services and hardware.
• Provide coverage for occasional afterhours incident response and scheduled maintenance.
