Telehealth Provider (NP, MD, DO)

Requirements:

• MD, DO, or NP degree.
• Board certified and licensed in multiple states.
• At least 2 years of independent practice experience.
• Previous telemedicine experience.
• Strong and empathetic oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and improve care delivery.
• Obesity medicine certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Consultations include health assessments, lab screenings, management of diagnoses related to obesity.
• Prescribing medication if indicated and providing documentation & follow-up care.
• Support patients in navigating their weight care journey including managing medication side effects and treatment plan adjustments.
• Maintain continuity of care to develop long-term patient-clinician relationships.
