  • Proven success in business development, including identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: Oil & Gas Trading, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Mobility Solutions, Asset Management.
  • Track record of designing and implementing market-leading propositions that address client challenges and deliver value.
  • Strong understanding of European energy market dynamics, including trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
  • Industry and consulting experience, providing a deep understanding of client challenges and tailored solution delivery.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a passion for innovation and driving client success.
  • Expertise in energy transition strategies, helping clients navigate the shift toward sustainable energy sources.
  • Adept at facilitating workshops, developing thought leadership, and contributing to industry forums and publications.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with European oil and gas companies, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive business development activities, identifying and converting opportunities into transformative projects for clients across the European market.
