• Conduct broad and ongoing research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Develop knowledge of the customer profile across the product portfolio.
• Translate messaging and content to resonate with audiences.
• Develop and refine product positioning and messaging.
• Create persuasive marketing materials.
• Shape and evolve content for Sales and Marketing.
• Work closely with product management and other teams.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
