• Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Outstanding attention to detail and high integrity in professional conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0; Master’s degree preferred.
• High emotional and cultural intelligence for effective collaboration.
• International work experience is a plus, with willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Present business-driven solutions aligned with client strategic goals.
