• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale datasets.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings effectively.

• Develop predictive models to forecast metrics like LTV and churn.
• Design and execute A/B tests for actionable recommendations.
• Establish best practices for data quality and mentor team members.
