Requirements:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or in the process of obtaining it.
• At least three (3) to four (4) years of project management experience, particularly in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with cloud software implementations, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to operate independently.
• Experience developing analytic trackers and reports.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, or similar project planning tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of tools, processes, and project approaches to manage a portfolio of implementation projects.
• Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party resources to execute each project.
• Manage scope, timeline, and finances to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop a project plan, schedule, and documentation to track progress, identify risks, and report on timelines.
• Establish and execute risk mitigation plans to drive project success.
• Help develop and standardize project management tools.
