Requirements:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or in the process of obtaining it.
- At least three (3) to four (4) years of project management experience, particularly in customer-facing roles.
- Experience with cloud software implementations, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to operate independently.
- Experience developing analytic trackers and reports.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, or similar project planning tools.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of tools, processes, and project approaches to manage a portfolio of implementation projects.
- Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party resources to execute each project.
- Manage scope, timeline, and finances to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop a project plan, schedule, and documentation to track progress, identify risks, and report on timelines.
- Establish and execute risk mitigation plans to drive project success.
- Help develop and standardize project management tools.
