Requirements:

• Prior experience and expert level skills in Greenhouse ATS.
• 1+ year of prior experience in a Talent Coordinator role.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills required.
• Proven ability to provide quality internal and external customer service in a high volume, fast paced environment managing multiple projects.
• Persistent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties for Talent Operations team.
• Assist in reporting on global recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create job posts, schedule kick off meetings, and coordinate candidates through the screening process.
• Follow up with interview teams to ensure feedback is captured and schedule debrief sessions.
• Support with sourcing candidates by using databases and social media.
• Assign tests and challenges to assess candidates' skills when applicable.
• Perform continuous ATS maintenance.
• Promote our employer brand, programs, and job openings.
• Update hiring teams on positions, follow up, and check in regularly.
• Support the new hire offer process.
• Administer and process background screens for new hires.
• Engage global new hires through onboarding and orientation activities.
