• Minimum 10+ years of experience in policy setting environments.

• Ability to advocate externally and translate digital policies into recommendations.
• Pragmatic decision maker, confident in ambiguity and high-stakes environments.
• Ability to manage multiple policy initiatives in fast-paced digital environments.
• Strong skills in managing diverse stakeholders and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead policy in the UK & Ireland, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure integrity and adherence to corporate values, laws, and regulations.
• Develop and implement governmental affairs policy and strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with government officials for advocating digital identity solutions.
• Oversee government and consultancy relationships.
• Engage with digital trade associations, tech partners, and allies.
• Prioritize advocacy needs in coordination with internal teams.
• Develop relevant policy positions, stakeholder mapping, and advocacy action plans.
• Support country-level advocacy strategies and ensure operational alignment.
• Keep senior executives informed about the political and policy landscape.
