Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT systems.
• Experience managing SSO and SCIM integrations.
• Experience maintaining permission and access structures.
• Knowledge of MDM platforms such as Addigy and Intune.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Proficient in troubleshooting common issues and assisting end users.

Responsibilities:

• Working with People + Talent for onboarding and offboarding employees, streamlining processes through SAML integrations.
• Triaging and servicing IT requests in accordance with SLAs for employees.
• Driving IT projects to improve systems, policies, and infrastructure.
• Partnering with team leadership to implement solutions and resolve issues.
• Maintaining office infrastructure, including wifi network, printers, and teleconferencing equipment.
