Requirements:

• Ability to obtain security clearance required by the project: Public Trust.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of Technical Writing experience.
• Strong demonstrated proficiency in writing technical documentation for cloud infrastructure (AWS) environments.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing Google Suite to write technical documentation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Executes on and implements technical documentation strategies to create impactful and accessible content.
• Collaborates closely with technical teams, UX designers, project managers, and stakeholders to align content with organizational goals.
• Develops, edits, and maintains documentation such as user manuals, technical reports, proposals, and training materials.
• Ensures that all written materials meet Section 508 accessibility standards and customer expectations.
