Requirements:

• 1 year of experience working with media focusing on media strategy development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to extract actionable insights.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Academic background in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Intermediate English, necessary for working on documents and attending meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Support the elaboration of offline media strategies for campaigns based on audience, market, and competitor data.
• Approve and monitor the implementation of offline media campaigns focusing on TV, radio, OOH, and print.
• Assist in managing the media agency, developing briefings, evaluating strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs to enhance results.
• Help in creating presentations regarding strategy, monitoring, and results along with other departments.
• Provide support and guidance to team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with communication, creative, and technology teams to ensure campaign quality.
• Explore and propose new media formats and partners to enhance creative deliverables.
• Track market trends and consumer behaviors to identify new media opportunities.
