Requirements:

• Deep understanding of DGA’s governance standards for digital transformation.
• Proficiency in integrating digital services according to national guidelines.
• Ability to enhance e-government services and foster innovation.
• Knowledge of managing digital governance structures for accountability and transparency.
• Proficiency in data management under DGA and SDAIA policies.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher) and native Arabic speaker preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement digital transformation roadmaps aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
• Integrate digital services according to DGA’s Government Interoperability Framework.
• Support the pre-sale process and marketing activities with digital transformation strategies.
• Establish and manage digital governance structures meeting DGA’s requirements.
• Manage and govern data under various government policies.
