Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience managing revenue-focused partnerships or selling alongside partners.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding performance expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive success of partnerships in support of Civil Government business across North America and Europe.
  • Build relationships at various organizational levels, ensuring collaboration in the sales process.
  • Develop internal expertise about partner strengths and weaknesses to maximize potential.
  • Set up operating rhythms for updates and feedback with partners.
  • Ensure partners have the necessary contracts and commercial structures for effective business.
  • Conduct sales and technical enablement to assist partners in marketing and selling Planet products.
  • Identify challenges in partner collaboration and work towards resolutions.
  • Communicate expectations with partners to ensure business quality.
  • Embed within the Civil Government business to maintain the right partner mix.
  • Help partners understand the benefits of the Planet Orbit Partner program.
  • Define partner-specific goals and monitor progress through reporting.
  • Participate in sales meetings to represent partnership aspects.
