Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related experience.
• 10 years relevant experience in a practical Equipment Reliability role.
• 2 years of practical application of torsional vibration analysis.
• Trained in RCM and WCER principles.
• Excellent hands-on mechanical and electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a reliability expert to collaborate with Perceptiv Sales Team across multiple industries.
• Lead creation of technical scoping documents for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions.
• Perform customer asset criticality assessments and travel on-site to understand customer needs.
• Train new colleagues in pre-sales and reliability services.
• Build and present slide decks about solutions and projects.
