Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (B2+/C1) to collaborate across distributed teams.
• 1-3 years of experience in growth, product management, or related roles preferably in tech, SaaS, gaming, or digital entertainment.
• Ability to manage tasks across marketing, product, and engineering teams effectively.
• Familiarity with growth metrics (e.g., acquisition, activation, and time to value) and analytics tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
• Understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis-driven development.
• Passion for understanding user needs and delivering impactful solutions.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to drive activation and reduce friction.
• Familiarity with gaming, streaming, or audio ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize the Growth Funnel by improving acquisition and activation stages to ensure users reach their value moment quickly and effectively.
• Identify Growth Levers by uncovering opportunities to drive scalable growth through features, channels, or partnerships.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as user acquisition, activation rate, and time to value.
• Collaborate with marketing, product design, and engineering teams to align acquisition and activation goals.
• Combine data-driven insights with innovative ideas to reduce friction and improve user journeys.
• Tailor strategies for desktop, mobile, and console platforms to broaden Voicemod’s reach.
• Support the creation of features that simplify onboarding and enhance activation success.
