Responsibilities:

• Own the vision and roadmap for one of Webflow’s core visual development capabilities, Styles.
• Drive the next generation of Webflow Interactions, leveraging the GSAP library.
• Bring the voice of the visual developer to the product development process.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, user research, data, and GTM teams.
• Operate at every level of fidelity in styling and motion.
• Prioritize the highest-leverage areas to tackle across a massive surface area.
